The DearBill copilot demo
The left side is CaseWorks — a deliberately plain case-management system. The right side is the DearBill copilot, and it carries the whole story: the counselor runs the intake one question at a time in the copilot and watches each answer land on the case record; the copilot stages the secure-link text and the member's static code; Margaret finishes on her own phone — connecting her Medicare account (Blue Button) or photographing her card for a scan — with an "I'd rather talk to Alex" escape hatch on every screen. Review and dispatch happen on the same simple profile. Nothing on any screen ever lies.
Press d on any page for the presenter strip (scenario picker, reset, skip-to-scene, relay status). Margaret's code is always 246810.
Margaret's story — the six beats
Meet the caseload
Margaret is the live story above. Around her, fourteen seeded members carry the real situations of this work — tap any card to land on that member's page, with their copilot already scoped to them. Ordered by demo value: start with the first row.
